Thank you for using InstroMusic, Inc. (also known as "IM"). IM provides
instrumentals available freely for download to anyone that visits this website.

These Terms of Service are very simple as I only have a few general rules
that apply to you as a user of IM, along with additional terms that may apply
to you as well (as defined below) if you decide to use the instrumentals on
this website. When using the IM website, you are also subject to any
copyright laws that may or may not be in place.

However, all of the audio tracks found in the "BEATS" section are freely
available for personal and commercial use as they were produced by myselft
and a select few others. Personally, I suggest if you plan to make your own
music without encountering any copyright claims to use tracks found in the
"BEATS" section and not the "DOWNLOADS" section for future reference. I
strongly recommend that, as it will prevent you from encountering any legal
issues in the future.
